This policy explains the cookies used on our marketing website (cyberseccompliance.co.uk) and our customer portal (portal.cyberseccompliance.co.uk), and why.
Our marketing website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. We don't track visitors across sessions or share browsing data with third parties. If this changes in future (for example, adding privacy-respecting analytics), we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
When you log in to the portal, we set essential session cookies to keep you securely signed in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function, without them, you couldn't stay logged in, so they don't require consent under UK PECR rules, in the same way a login session on any secure website doesn't. Even though these don't require consent, we list them here for transparency:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
budibase:auth |
Keeps you securely signed in to the customer portal | 7 days, or until you log out |
We don't use the portal to set advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
When you complete a purchase, you're taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe may set its own cookies as part of its fraud-prevention and payment-processing systems. This happens entirely on Stripe's own domain, under Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies, not ours. See Stripe's cookie policy for detail.
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there's no cookie consent banner on this site, there's nothing optional to opt out of. You can still view, manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser's own settings; note that blocking the portal's session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in.
We'll update this page if what we do with cookies changes, and update the date above when we do.
