We want anyone - staff, contractors, customers, or suppliers - to feel able to raise a genuine concern about wrongdoing at CyberSec Compliance without fear of reprisal.
This includes concerns about: a criminal offence, a breach of legal or regulatory obligations, a danger to health and safety, damage to the environment, or the deliberate concealment of any of the above.
Email info@cyberseccompliance.co.uk marked "Confidential - Whistleblowing". Tell us as much as you can: what happened, when, and who was involved. You don't have to give your name, though it can help us investigate more effectively if you do.
We'll acknowledge your concern, look into it properly, and keep your identity confidential to the extent the law allows. We won't tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
If you don't feel able to raise a concern with us directly, UK whistleblowers are also protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998, and can seek independent advice from Protect, an independent whistleblowing charity.
