Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 27 August 2026

CyberSec Compliance Ltd currently falls below the turnover threshold (£36 million) at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 legally requires a statement. We publish this voluntarily, as a small UK business, because we believe transparency on this matters regardless of company size.

Our commitment

CyberSec Compliance has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or child labour, whether in our own business or anywhere in our supply chain.

Our business

We are a small, UK-based software and compliance-documentation business. We have a short, deliberately simple supply chain: a small number of UK and international technology sub-processors (see our Sub-Processors page), standard business software, and UK-based professional services. We do not manufacture goods or operate a complex physical supply chain.

Our approach

Looking ahead

As CyberSec Compliance grows, we'll review and formalise this statement, including publishing it as an annual board-approved statement once we're within scope of the Modern Slavery Act's reporting requirement.

Contact

Any concerns about modern slavery or labour practices connected to our business can be raised at info@cyberseccompliance.co.uk, or via our Whistleblower Policy.
